Payment
All appointments are to be paid for by bank transfer ahead of the session. Bank details are provided prior to your first appointment.
Cancellation policy
I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give as much notice as possible, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. You can email me at thepelvicphysiotherapist@gmail.com to cancel/ rebook.
- Cancellation with more than 48h notice – no charge
- Cancellation with less than 48h notice – 50% of appointment fee
- Failure to attend – full cost of appointment will be charged
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment, it will still end when scheduled to ensure that the next client is not delayed.
